My name is Luke Healy, and I'm the Coach of our Under 15s Blues team. This season we will play in the 1st division of the Blackwater and Dengie League.
Uplands Rangers are a family-orientated club with a coach-to-develop approach that puts emphasis on technical development, firmly believing that when there is such a focus, all else falls into place.
We also believe that because all players develop at their own pace and in different stages, they should be given equal match-playing time.
Furthermore, to those who show the potential to progress and play at a higher level, we offer established, successful pathways into the professional game.
