Uplands Rangers FC

My name is Steve Wheeler, and I'm Head Coach of our Under 12s team. This season we will play in the Blackwater and Dengie League and will be looking to progress on lasts year's league cup (winners) and steady promotion up the leagues.
Uplands Rangers are a family-orientated club with a coach-to-develop approach that puts emphasis on technical development believing that when there is such a focus, all else falls into place. We also believe that because all players develop at their own pace and in different stages. They will be given equal match-playing time, while being given opportunities to play different positions for the team.
The players will be fully supported by the coaches to ensure they learn through positive teaching and support.
