Hi, my name is Bob Blake - welcome to the Training Only page. I joined Uplands in 2004 when Sam started playing; then, around 2006, became CDO for the first time. Later, between 2010 and 2015, I took on the role of Club Secretary before reverting back to my present position as CDO.

Level 2 Football Coaching
Level 2 Emergency First Aid in Football
Level 1 Psychology
Mental Health Awareness Course
Ex-Paramedic
At Upland Rangers Football Club, it is my duty to assist all teams/Coaches where and whenever needed, always with a focus on the Development Squad and bringing through new teams every season.
