Uplands Rangers FC

My name is Shaun Collins, and I'm the Coach of our Under 9s team. This season, we will play in the 1st division of the Blackwater and Dengie League. We had a great first season together, the highlights of which were winning a summer tournament and finishing runners up in another. Since then, we've welcomed some new faces and very much look forward to another successful season.
Uplands Rangers are a family-orientated club with a coach-to-develop approach that puts emphasis on technical development, firmly believing that when there is such a focus, all else falls into place.
As a team we believe that all players develop at a different pace so we like to make sure we are giving equal playing time to our players, that way they get the maximum benefits and enjoy all the fun to be had from each match we play.
